Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship

We ship from Germany to all 27 EU member states: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

We do not currently ship outside the EU. If you are elsewhere and would still like to order, email support@yourmug.top and we will quote you individually.

2. Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of payment. Personalised items — the monogrammed mug The Bold — take 2 business days longer, because the initial is applied after you order.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Bavaria, Germany.

3. Delivery time

Once your parcel is with the carrier:

• Germany: 1–3 business days
• Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland: 2–5 business days
• Rest of the EU: 4–8 business days
• Islands and remote regions (e.g. Canary Islands, Azores, Madeira, Greek islands): add up to 5 business days

These are carrier estimates, not guaranteed dates. Total time to your door = processing time + delivery time.

4. Shipping cost

Shipping is charged per order, not per mug, and is shown on the Stripe payment page before you pay:

• Germany: €4.90
• Rest of the EU: €9.90
• Free shipping on all orders of €59 or more, and on the Dreams mug regardless of order value

5. Carrier & tracking

We ship with DHL. You’ll receive a dispatch email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves us. If tracking hasn’t moved for 5 business days, email us and we’ll open a case with the carrier.

6. Packaging & breakage

Every mug ships double-boxed with recyclable, plastic-free padding. If one still arrives broken, photograph the outer box and the mug and email support@yourmug.top within 14 days of delivery — we replace or refund it at our cost. See the Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your delivery address before paying. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody collected it, we refund the goods but not the original shipping cost, and a re-send is charged again.

8. Taxes and customs

All prices include German VAT where applicable. Because we ship only within the EU customs union, there are no import duties or customs charges on your order.
